Those Who Serve Us this morning: Deacon: Bryan Heimlich; Organist: Pam Blakey

WELCOME to all who have come to St. James to worship our Lord. Whether you are a member or a guest, we are glad that you have joined us here to hear the Word of God and to receive His gifts.

CONCERNING HOLY COMMUNION: According to Christ’s Word in Holy Scripture, and in confession of the true Christian faith, we observe the ancient evangelical practice of closed communion. We believe that those who commune together must confess the same holy faith, just as the Scriptures teach. Since one’s church affiliation indicates one’s confession of faith, only those aught to commune who are communicant members of, or whose church is in confessional fellowship with, the Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod. If you have any questions, or have never communed at St. James before, please contact Pastor. If you would like to receive a blessing, please cross your arms over your chest.

THOSE WE ARE KEEPING IN OUR PRAYERS: (Please contact Pastor or Rachel Whitaker by Wednesday of each week to add petitions or update current information.) For all the sick, suffering, enduring, and recovering: including Rachel Blakey, Joe Bougher, Jennifer Brushwood, Virginia Casey, Lillian Cleefman, Laura Clouse, Jody Connell, Lisa Crosby, Arnold & Loretta Dahlenburg, Kay Danner, Ginni Davis, Terry Dehning, Carleta Downs, Matt Gagnon, Carlita Gossell, Sean Higgins, Candace Hill, Kathy Howard, Anne Humphrey, Ralph Jennings, Cindi Kent, Jerry Mattos, Lori Mattos, Troy Mattos, Jennifer McClellan, Ronald Miller, Orville Moore, Alex & Jenn Lichtle-Mullenix, Andrew & Jenn Mullenix, Gary Noe, Abby Parks, Leighton Profrock, James Reinhardt, Janet Ritter, Garry Ross, Tom Ryan, Marlene Schroeder, Anna Stetler, Stephanie Talley, Mary Wade, Doris Wagner, The Walts Family, Wayne & Deb Whitaker, Charles Wiese, Jim Willner, Bob Wilkinson, Will & Jeanette Wilson, Rick Yoder.
